These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the CapsuleTV platform (hereinafter "the Service"). By accessing or using CapsuleTV, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Definitions

"Service" the CapsuleTV web platform that lets users create, seal, and schedule the opening of time capsule videos.

"Capsule" a video recorded by the user, made up of 10 answers to guided questions, automatically assembled and securely sealed.

"Sealing" the act of permanently locking a capsule after payment.

"Opening" the scheduled release of a capsule on a fixed date or once validated by a Guardian.

"Guardian" the trusted third party designated by the user.

2. Access to the Service

Eligibility: The Service is available to any adult natural person.

Account creation: You are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided when registering.

Compliant use: You agree to use the Service in accordance with applicable laws.
